Step-by-Step Guide for entering your voucher code
When do I apply the voucher code?
After having placed your product into the basket, please click on checkout where you'll find a field called ‘Discount code‘. Please type in your personal voucher code there and click on “Apply”.
Is the voucher code case-sensitive?
Voucher codes are all upper case.
How to know if your voucher code been accepted
At the checkout, if the voucher code has been accepted a “Discount Applied $XX.XX" message appears. The grand total will be adjusted. The voucher code is displayed. At the checkout, no payment information is required. Your free product is displayed in the checkout.
How to know if your voucher code has not been accepted
At the shopping cart, if the voucher code has not been accepted a ‘enter a valid discount code" message appears.
If that happens, make sure that you
- a) typed in the correct voucher code
- b) put the correct product in the basket. The voucher codes will only be accepted if they are applied to the correct product that you received the voucher for.
Step-by-Step Guide for ordering your free product with a customized design
Step 1:
Select the product that you received a voucher for..
Step 2:
Select “Personalize product”
Step 3:
Upload your images and photos by clicking on “Choose file”. Select an option from your device, Google Drive, Google Photos or Dropbox.
Drag and drop your images onto the product and make sure to select all sides/pages of the product in order to proceed.
Feel free to upload a batch of multiple products and click on “Autofill” - an option that put a selection of all your photos onto the product.
Please read and accept the terms and conditions.
+ Avoid blurry or obscured prints by using images with a minimum resolution of 300dpi.
Step 4:
You can move around the image/photo and enlarge it as you please.
Step 5:
When everything is to your liking, add your design to the cart.
Step 6:
Review your order and click on “Check out”
Step 7:
Enter your information. Make sure to enter your voucher code in the field “Discount Code” and click on “Apply”.
Step 8:
Review your order and then confirm your order.
Step 9:
If needed, enter payment information and billing address (if you added more products) and continue to review and confirm your order.
Step 10:
Once your order has been confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email which will contain tracking information.

Can I use the voucher for other products as well?
Yes, you may use the voucher for other products as well from the same category and pay the difference if applicable.
Do I need to enter both the billing and shipping address if they are the same?
No, if your voucher code worked, you don"t have to enter any payment/billing information.
Why am I being prompted to enter a payment method?
+ Your voucher code has not been accepted.
+ You have added more than one product to the shopping cart.
How can I check the order has been successfully placed?
Once you click "Complete order", the page will automatically update and your order number will appear at the top of the page.
You will receive an order confirmation email.
When will I know the order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipping email which will provide you information about how to track your order.
Are shipping and handling costs included in the voucher code?
Yes, the voucher code will deduct shipping and handling costs.
Why am I charged shipping costs anyway?
For technical reasons this may occur at times. If you review your order and shipping costs are added to your total, please try the following steps:
1. Please choose your product and then go straight to the cart, without adding any further items.
2. Avoid using the PayPal Express button

What is the shipping method for the United States?
USPS, UPS and Fedex are the available shipping methods. With voucher codes US Flat fee shipping with USPS will be automatically selected once the voucher code has been applied.
Where can I find the tracking number?
It will be displayed in the shipping email which you will receive once your order has been produced and shipped.
How can I track the order?
Once you receive the shipping email, use the tracking number and visit the website of your shipping couriers.
When does my order arrive?
Our products ship within 1-2 business days. For products that have been bought with a voucher our US Flat fee shipping applies which may take up to 5-7 business days.
